These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Spooks & Spectres. By completing a booking, you agree to the following terms.
Booking & Payment
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
All spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations & Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Spooks & Spectres.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in advance.
In exceptional circumstances, we may allow a transfer to a different event date at our discretion.
Event Changes
Spooks & Spectres reserves the right to make changes to event timings, locations, or structure if required for safety, access, or operational reasons.
If an event is cancelled by us, customers will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
Age Restrictions
Unless otherwise stated on the specific event page, all participants must be 18 years or older.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
Safety Disclaimer
Ghost hunts take place in historic and sometimes dark, uneven, or restricted-access locations.
By attending, you accept that participation is at your own risk.
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally able to take part.
Liability
Spooks & Spectres accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.
